Tips for your Happy Bites Pizza 🍕

  1. Thawing and Rising: Let the dough thaw and rise a few hours before using it. For quick rising: Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover it with plastic wrap and a clean cloth. Store it in the oven (off) with the light on or use the Bread Proof function until it doubles in size.
  2. Dough Preparation: Once it has risen, press it with your hands to release the air. Flour a surface (preferably with corn flour for more texture) and stretch it with a rolling pin or by hand until it takes shape.
  3. The Secret to Crispiness: Less is more: Do not saturate the dough with too much sauce or too many ingredients (toppings). This ensures a very crispy crust.
  4. Baking: Preheat your oven to the maximum allowed temperature. Bake on a hot tray or stone until the edges are golden.

Ingredients: wheat flour, filtered water, olive oil, salt, sugar, yeast, Italian herbs.

Artisanal Tomato Sauce (No Cooking) 🍅

Ingredients:

    • 1 can of whole peeled tomatoes.
    • Fresh basil to taste.
    • 1/4 tsp salt.
    • Extra virgin olive oil.

Preparation:

  1. Pour the tomatoes into a bowl and crush them with your hands or a spoon. Aim for a rustic texture: with visible, but not too large, pieces.
  2. Add the salt and basil leaves (torn by hand to prevent oxidation).
  3. Add a good splash of olive oil and stir well. No cooking needed! The heat of the oven will do the work on the pizza.
